Be interesting to see Rios on the scales tonight, im guessing that he still won't look cut as probably doesn't have the kind of a body however its difficult to argue with what ariza does with his fighters ie Manny 2009 and Khan 2010/11. But yeah still a **** of a man!
He looks so uncomfortable in the Rios camp, he's trying so hard to fit and be a "bad guy" like the rest if Rios's team. He's trying so hard to impress them, instead of staying behind the scenes doing his job, the way most strength and condition trainers do. He wants to be the centre of attention, hope manny kos rios early even more now.
Really don't know why you would employ someone like him thinks he is more pivotal than the fighter & the obvious trait of being a raging dickhead.
