Manny has lost some of his power, but if he really commits to the body, like he did against Morales and Margarito, and to a lesser extent against David Diaz, he could maybe wear down Rios to a stoppage. The most under analyzed factor in the second fight with Alvarado was the way Rios slowed down when Alvarado began digging straight rights to the gut when Rios was crouching out of the way. Rios still kept going forward, but his enthusiasm and workrate noticeably dropped after the body attack.
