8/13 on a Froch stoppage, put 50 on that and put 50 that the fight is over within 8 rounds at 7/4.

Smith to win by stoppage is 4/5 on Paddy Power, yes or no?? Thinking Froch, Quigg, Smith and Pacquiao stoppage, Gradovich points and Gutknecht to win.

Thought I would share my losing effort last night with you guys as it almost gave me a great night.

For the last few months I have been putting a few pounds here and there every week on Groves Round 1 at 100/1, I ended up last night with £118 on Groves Round 1 at 100/1, just for a moment there I thought I might cop but oh so close. It just seemed a crazy price to have a puncher likes Groves at 100s against anyone even the iron warrior that Froch is.

Managed to have my big bet on the fight not going the distance so I made a couple of hundred last night but it could have been a dream night.

Never mentioned it before the fight as my mates were all ribbing me about thinking Groves could hurt him, but I know how you guys like a good story about peoples bets so I don't feel such a numpty now.

That is somewhat a brave and even crazy bet most might call it (with that kind of total sum) Gosh it nearly paid off, so close!

I had 550 on froch to win via stoppage and 100 via UD to cover. As I saw the first round knock down and a few more rounds after I quickly put 50 on the draw to cover the other 2 bets. So glad to have won 350, but it's a shame for groves, he was excellent. Also had 15 on pac to win UD @4/1.

I won 952 in total on froch 7-12

    Minus my 300 quid outlay

If groves would of stopped him I would of won 2610

That's unlucky mate, if only Groves had floored him 20 seconds earlier.

I had £50 on Groves to win before the fight. I could have laid off and guaranteed myself £130 but I waited until the start of the 9th and only laid off enough to cover my losses. My bet was matched about 30 seconds before the stoppage, so I ended up losing 1p after Betfair took their commission

Anyone know what the odds were after Froch was knocked down in round 1? Start of round 2 that is.
