atsch There is no such thing as "USA time". It's currently 9pm already on the east coast, and Pacquiao vs. Rios won't start until at least 11pm EST. (which is the de facto time zone for the country, by the way...as our capital and biggest metropolis are both located on the eastern seaboard...)
