I'm very curious to see what Mayweather's gonna do next. A fight with Khan would do big business in Europe, but would likely tank in the US. Then again, he fought Guerrero last year who had even less market value.. but Showtime probably wouldn't go for another Floyd fight that they can't make money on.

So if not Khan, then who? Garcia maybe? Would that sell any better?

 

There arent that many names left where Floyd can make the kind of money he wants . Lets be honest at 147 and below he doesnt do 1 million buys against anybody else.

EXACTLY. Floyd is guaranteed $32 million....but showitme isn't forced to air any fight that floyd happens to sign. They owe him three more fights, but there is no specific timetable to show those

Thats why HBO told him to walk. Floyd wants guaranteed $30 million...but if youre not fighting pacqiao or canelo then the network knows it loses money no matter who you fight.
