Deontay Wilder's power may be overrated, I know all the DW ball huggers will have a stroke with this post, but..

Granted KO'ing all his opponents in the first 6 rounds is fantastic, no doubt.
But we all know of his garbage opposition.
How many HW's have come and gone with super human punching power against relative bums and faded C level guys (lichavich and Firtha).

We don't know, he maybe be a Vlad/Lennox type HW puncher, maybe not.

But , KO'ing guys who have been KO'd by Kevin Johnson types is not an olympjc feat. His power maybe good, but not tysonesque. We will wait and see after he is looking up from the floor at the ceiling with Fury standing over him.

Oh wait, DW doesn't fight anyone with a pulse,

30 fights, 30 wins, perfect KO record

deal with it hater, u probably a white supremacist u cant stand seeing a brotha on top and getting the big bucks and dominating a division, wilder is future lineal HW champion after he beats Wald the *****

  3. I cannot really discern right now if you are just a troll, or a really agitated black poster. I'm really hoping it is the former instead of
the latter because if not, that is just something most rational minded people on this blog cannot be coerced into believing.

He definitely has power, a guy who has 30 W in 30 fights with 30 KO has power. No question about that. The real question is can he boxe at the other level, the championship level. I don't think he can. He can do like Cloud, grab lukily a title and hold it for few fights if is promoter does things right. But he will quickly be exposed. Stiverne and Haye easily outboxe him. Dinu beats him also. He doesn't stand and chance against the Klitos brother.

To Lopetego: There: I named two blacks, three white, one British, one Haitian two Ukranian and one Romanian. Where do I stand, then, in the supremacist spectrum? (I cheer for the Haitian).

30 what? Vitali and Vlad would have knocked out all 30 of Wilder's bums easily...........Sconiers knocked Wilder down. Haye beat the crap out of Wilder in sparring. Vlad knocked Wilder down with a jab while sparring for the Wach fight, totally outclassed Wilder.................beat Wilder from one side of the ring to the other..............Wonder if Wilder will rematch Sconiers? So, instead of fighting ranked fighters, should Vitali and Vlad just fight bums like Wilder? Wilder has not fought one ranked fighter. He gets his opposition from the alley...........watch the video of Haye sparring Wilder..............it was posted here somewhere...........Wilder looked drunk...........

Wilder power can't be denied, the question is he the hardest puncher of All time? Or just another Michael Grant type of puncher

This can be answered by matching him vs Tua, Toney & Guinn

If he KOs all 3 he is the hardest puncher of all time :bbb.

How can you even rate Wilder in any given way?

Put 30 department store mannequins in front of me and I'll knock them over also. This is essentially what Wilder has accomplished.

He obviously has power... How do you get 30 KO in 30 without having power. He just needs to fight tougher opposition to be considered a good heavyweight in my opinion. No one he has fought is worth mentioning. I personally would like him to fight Tyson Fury.

Good points, but I would go further - anyone's power looks "good" when fighting the utter stiffs that Wilder has faced. A solid journeyman with a punch, say someone like Bert Cooper, could look like Tyson facing the stiffs that Wilder has faced.

Wilder is a fraud, who will soon get exposed as having a glass jaw the first time he faces a live body. He's essentially a marketing scheme, dreamed up at Golden Boy, to cash in on the pathetic desire of American boxing fans for a HW champion. I can't wait to see this bubble burst, I'm gonna laugh my head off.
