Could you see Degale beating Froch, we know that anybody with boxing ability will trouble Froch, Degale is also tougher than he is given credit for, I think he outpoints Froch.
I dont think he has progressed as much as GG. But then I picked Carl to KO (legitimately KO) GG between 5 and 9 rounds so..
I still think Degale has a lot more to show, I think he has great talent, I would like to see him get a us trainer.
I don't think so, groves has improved since he fought Degale, where as Degale.. Not so much. Groves stylistically is all wrong for Froch, I can actually see Degale getting clattered quite early
not on the evidence from the dyah davies fight chunkys been ruined imo by inactivity and jim mcdonnell.
There is no substitution for hard work and its a shame that he didn't put the required level of dedication to achieve what he should have. Groves has done marvellously well to get to where he's got by out boxing Froch.
let me know when degail claims to be 100% fit with no niggles as he as claimed not to be since his loss to groves
Apart from the Groves defeat, and that fight with the Pole for the European, Degale has hardly lost a round of boxing since his pro debut. He only lost to Groves by 1 point on 2 cards, and to be fair could have won. I personally find him frustrating to watch, because he shows bags of class in stages but not enough throughout his fights. I would go as far to say that he gets lazy in fights which maybe down to frustration of not getting big fights. A good fight for Degale would be Eubank Jnr - on the basis that it would put him back in the limelight, it would get casuals intrested, it is fight he should win, and one that could propel him into the publics eye again. To answer OP I think Froch would find James during the fight, due the complatancy we have seen from him in previous fights, and ive not seen anything that tells me he would whether the storm.
