Hi guys had a chat or two about this subject and decided to see others views on this.

Should Robert Smith be sacked as head of the BBBoC, as Paddy Fitzpatrick has stated Smith should not be defending the officials acts of incompetence rather he should be policing such things but instead rolls it all under the carpet forever leaving a bitter taste around British boxing

Eh? What do you expect him to come out and say? He can't undermine his officials in public. That would not be a good thing.

I think he is good but not good enough. We need someone who wants to move the sport forward. Not tolerate extra orgs or **** refs or **** judges.

Neither boxing nor The Cure are receiving the best of him. It's time to give one of them up.

Yes absolutely. Less than 5mins after the fight he said that the Board would stand by Howard Foster etc etc. How can he say that without the Board having enquiry with Foster over the stoppage. He even basically said that no action would be taken. Foster has no doubt already been a Ref or Judge of another fight since the weekend.

Fighters pay the Board an annual fee to look out for their interests. The Board is only concerned with the interests of their officials - this is wrong!
