Groves sounds a little punch drunk on ringside!

    In a way that he wasn't before.

    He now sounds a bit like Darren Barker or David Haye.

    How long after a battering does it take for the effects to wear off??

    Really? Can't see/hear it myself.

    Agree on Barker, but Haye? No. Groves? Definitely not.

    It might just be to my ears, but Groves sound slurry in comparison to how he did previously.

    Much like Timmy Bradley did for a few weeks after the Ruslan Provodnikov fight when he was commentating.

    I also wondered how long it takes for everything to reset, as it were, after taking a lot of heavy, heavy punches?

    On another matter, I have noticed guys with physically massive heads like Chisora and Froch seem to be able to absorb massive punches in fights in a way guys with smaller heads seem not to?

    Thought he sounded fine and made some valid points. McCrory wasn't towing the company line though so we might not see him for a while.
