Considering he did loose to Bradley, although I thougt he did more then enough to win. I do think he needs to redeem that lost before facing Mayweather. Rios was nobody, a fighter who was coming off a lost that everyone knew he would beat. Fighting Bradley makes all the sense in the world before facing Mayweather.
1 Pac gets to redeem a lost, which he should have won
2 It's a test to see where he's really at against a guy who can switch up his style and has good foot work.
3. Bradley is a undefeated fighter.
When was the last time Pac beat an undefeated (other then Bradley vs pac 1) fighter and got credit for it?
If you have to go back years and think about it, that's more of a reason why Bradley should be his next fight and not Mayweather. Mayweather brings a lot more to the table, if Pac can't beat Bradley there's no way he's going to beat Floyd.

Like other people have pointed out to you, you can easily counter this with the question; who has Floyd fought to deserve a shot at Manny? Or what did Guerrero or Ortiz do to deserve to fight Floyd, at a time when Pacquiao was taking a wrecking ball to the division...

If it was a case of "deserving" to fight Floyd... Then who more deserving than....

This all depends on whether you're talking boxing, or whether you're debating what comes out of the mouth of people like Roger Mayweather.

Technically, Bradley is a good benchmark; you're right.

But really, let's be real, we know full well that Pacquiao savagely beating bradley by KO in the opening round with one hand behind his back and his eyes closed wouldn't make a fight with Floyd closer to reality.. it'd make it further away.

This isn't about whether Pacquiao deserves to fight Floyd; it's about the Mayweathers betting between themselves how far they can push the bull**** excuses before their fans realise they're on a wind up. They must be in stitches now.
