Muay thai vs boxing. Which should I choose.

  1. Talking about it and changing your mind twice a day about what you are going to won't get you anywhere. Go visit some gyms and get busy.

You post so many of your homo***ual fantasies on this board. It's really weird, mate.

Asking a forum is pointless. Try both and see what's best for you. There are good and bad gyms so there is no way of us knowing what's best.

There is a boxing gym I tried and it was clear the trainer had never boxed and didn't know what he was talking about. So I tried the local Muay Thai gym which was much better run with good trainers (who had fought at a high level) so I stayed there.

You'd get way better at sticking with one than going through loads of styles, you'd get the basics down but never get really good at one of them

Depends why you want to do it. I am doing Muay Thai because I want great fitness and there seem to be more places I can do Muay Thai than there are boxing places.

I'm not intending to become a world class fighter or even much of a fighter... I am too old really... but I'm sure as hell enjoying training.
