This is how they have been the whole time. They have never wanted to fight mayweather.

 

When you try to negotiate with a company/person several times, and that company/person fools you around several times, smart people learn that that person doesnt want to negotiate.

Just as Tyson Fury is never going to negotiate with David Haye again, Bob Arum isnt feelin' waste his time with Floyd's team anymore unless they signal they are genuinely interested. And that signal would have to be very loud at this point. It's been 5 years.
