    uhhh... His extention is like 50% on those? and he only retracts it to about 30%? so the distance those "punches" are covering is about 20% the distance of a normal punch lol. It's not like their was any power in them. I'm not saying this guy couldn't have good punches but I think this is a crap way to judge handspeed for actual boxing.
