Sounds like your feelers are always getting hurt because you were born black, have you looked into skin whitening?

I'm talking about the network, proportioning of the pie, and the overall pot...

If Quillin requires 5 times as much money as Curtis Stevens, then the network needs to know it is worth that investment. But not only does Quillin require much more money than a typical Golovkin opponent, Golovkin too will require much more money than a typical Golovkin payday as the quality of opponent is greater than he's ever faced... Golovkin would reject an offer to fight Quillin for the same money he got when he faced Stevens. Quillin would reject an offer to fight Golovkin for the same money he got when he faced Rosado. Do you think HBO will throw up 3 times as much for Golovkin vs. Quillin as they did for Golovkin vs. Stevens when the investment, Golovkin, has a much higher chance of success and looking good while doing it and overall ratings would be about the same either way given that the model for Golovkin has worked to build his marketability? (bad example as Quillin is with Golden Boy and Showtime, but still)

The Risk vs. Reward aspect works both way... You can't bring up one without the other in a situation like this.

you said everything is based on profit and if theres enough money to go around, then the headline fighters will have no problems getting in the ring with GGG. which sounds great and all, but that's not how the world of boxing works.

martinez is dibella's meal ticket, why would he risk his fighter getting retired so soon, when he can milk him dry? you and I would do the same thing if martinez was our fighter, it's the smart business move to avoid ggg.

Golovkin has made it clear that he wants to fight the other champions, such as Martinez, Quillin, Barker, etc...........

Thanks for explaining yourself in a concise, to the point manner. Nonito Smoaking Crack could learn from your example.

I'm not entirely sure why you're slagging an intelligible post, or its poster, who's one of the most reasonable and insightful posters on the forum.

another risks vs. reward **** with no inside info. pure speculations.

go to a ****ing financial forum if it is business you want to talk about.

everyone wants to wear a promoter's hat these days.

what can you expect. mayweather vs. khan is as farce of a fight as you can get. there is really nothing really to talk about other than it can make good moeny.

now this shat spills into other fights.

There is a chance that Golovkin will get to fight Geale and Kirkland, easy knockouts for Golovkin..............
