The last three rounds were more like a sparring session than a championship fight. Certainly there was'nt any urgency in the way Pacquiao went about his business.
Bradley was'nt landing a whole lot of significance neither but he was outhustling and outworking Pacquiao in those latter rounds.
Cost Pacquiao the fight in the judges scorecards.

I think the judge's saw that a lot of Pac's shots were missing (even though HBO and the crowd were going crazy). Tim showed very good D in this fight. Rolling, ducking, slipping a lot of punches. He also had a very good jab which controlled the fight at times when nothing was happening. He also did some good body work, which HBO completely ignored.

If there was something fishy going on, the scorecards would've been all over the place. But they were very consistent. Tim won the last 3 rounds. All he needed to do was win 3 of the first 9 rounds and we have a draw.

Exactly! Tim wasn't impressive or anything, he just wanted it more and outworked Pac the last 3 rounds. You have to give Tim credit for that. Not too many guys would've been willing to dig down deep and go get it.

LOL, and all Bradley was doing during that sequence was dodging every Pacquiao flurry coming at him.

"Pacquiao cant miss him with the left hand!" :!:
Just unbelievably ridiculous when you consider that an educated eye watching was seeing Pacquiao miss mostly every one of his muli-punch combination flurries.

Exactly! Like watching porn with the sound off. You can just tell they are faking it, but when the sound is on. They are moaning and ****, and you hear that **** smacking. Its magic, baby. Being the gentleman i am, I turn the sound off on porn, when my ***** is sleeping.

I thought it was closer than most but I think Manny still won it by three rounds. My buddies gave Pac more rounds. JMM won the III fight so it's just karma to me. Manny's record is the same if the judging was fair in his fights.

pac was fighting 1 minute a round and running the rest of the time

bradley was stationary with a broken ankle and pac still couldn't hurt him

I think this is the case with most fans. They were drunk out of their minds on fight night and heard HBO's crew going crazy everytime Pac threw a punch and just assumed Pac won by a landslide.

I bet you most people who actually bothered to watch this fight again will agree without a doubt that this fight was competitive. 7-5ish or 8-4 at most. But most simply don't take the time to do so and will just say it was a whitewash.

thanks guys! pretty sure i was going to get destroyed for this article i did notice that when i watched with sound Bradleys corner were saying youv got this fight, you have won the fight etc before the begging of round 12, if they thought he was behind they would of encouraged the KO. i cant believe the obvious bias of HBO, i rember a lot of decent counters and shots by bradley recieving no mention on commentry and no reaction from crowd,

i think it was a clever tatic by Pac though. i think roach knows Pac tires during fights so if he fights in spurts it looks a look more dynamic and exciting, and it requires less stamina. in the bradley fight the crowd was on the edge of its seat whenever manny threw, regardless of if they landed clean. Bradley took the last few rounds, i found it strange that Pac allowed bradley to finish so strong.

It was all CGI. During the delay they animated all those left hand's landing. Combined with Lampely having an orgasm everytime Pac threw one, the effect worked. Everyone was drunk anyway and depended on the HBO commentary and noise of the crowd to know what was happening.

I was sober though, my girlfrield was sleeping, so you know I had the sound off and all, being a gent. A straight G.

I had it 7-5 for Pac on the night of the fight, and that was the same score I had upon watching the fight again. Definitely closer and more competitive than HBO commentators would have had you believe during the broadcast.

watched it twice. 8-4 pac, 7-5 pac.

Pacquiao made it close, it was his own damn fault. He would only fight the last minute of most rounds but i still felt he won.

Look at this *******, watching **** with the sound on.

You drunk *******, you only had Pac winning cuz the noise of the crowd and Lampley shouting "BAM! BAM! BANG!" all over the audio.

Turn the sound off, let your girl sleep, you'll see the truth. Bradley edged it.
