You're a friggin liar dude. That's totally physiologically impossible. I doubt that you were a fighter either, more a spectator who sparred once and got beat down while turning your back to your sparring partner when he came at you. You decided fighting wasn't for you right then and there. Now, you're a fantasy boxer.:yep
Its only water weight that is considered cutting and you only stop water intake for 24 hours after loading up on it for a week, dieting down to a weight is dieting not weight cutting,go ask a high school wrestler how to do it you seem clueless or have never cut weight before. Sitting on your ass from now till the same time tomorrow without eating or drinking will take 6 pounds of easy, weigh yourself before bed and after you get up in the morning any day of the week you can be up to two pounds lighter.
I know very little about drastic weight cutting but I remember seeing an interview with this MMA guy and being shocked at how easy he claimed it is to cut huge amounts of weight in a very short space of time. [yt]9BQKL_CVe30[/yt]
10-12lbs is probably considered a "normal" cut for most MMA guys, although this will obviously vary widely depending on the individual and their size. There's more of a weight-cutting culture in MMA, whether that be due to the wrestling background of many fighters, fewer weight divisions, the relative importance of size/strength in match-ups, or whatever reason. I doubt anyone would bat an eyelid in MMA circles about a guy Khan's size cutting 13lbs.
