When Groves stops moaning for a Froch rematch, who should he actually fight next?

Amusing to read the replies. GG is massively in the situation of being a "who needs him" fighter.

Next fight will be against a nobody imo.

Froch would just say something like "i expected groves to win, the two fights i had with kessler have taken it out of him, he's not the same fighter now as he was then, etc etc" and he would just belittle the win. He should just be a man and give groves the rematch.

He should go after Steilgitz. Easily winnable, gets a belt. Wasn't he mandatory for him at one point?

Yea I share that opinion think he could go over to Germany and stop Steilglitz. He is fighting Abraham next is George number 2 or 3. So maybe June July.

Think with George he is doing everything he can to push for a rematch. I was surprised what Adam Smith said on IFL. Pretty honest about rematch or retire

Am sure Groves doesn't want to be seen as a whinger but now is the time when Matchroom will be putting out the feelers for Froch's next fight and Groves needs to make himself heard and visible. Seems everyone bar Froch and McCracken want the fight.

McCracken will have seen what happened for the majority of that fight up close and a rematch in whch Groves will only improve after learning from his mistakes will understandably not be on his agenda. Get out of jail free cards rarely come in pairs.

Doubt Kessler wants anything to do with Groves!!!

Would be a nice statement to knock him out tho.

    Disagree

Wazza could get him Steglitz on the WBO route no probs.

Fast car will want some of him too

George can sell out O2 in his next fight

Groves just doesn't want to commit to any UK promoter long term if & when he can win a strap he will have many options even in the USA long term they would like his style IMO.

Why not even do what Price has done if he doesn't want to fight under promoters here go abroad & Germany isn't a bad option.

I honestly think Groves is the only opponent where people will give Froch any credit of deciding in what is in my opinion an unfair stoppage. Other than that Groves could give anyone a tough fight.

Bika for WBC, Stieglitz for WBO, Kessler, Brian Magee, Dirrell.

I do feel Ward will outclass him at the moment but do feel he would provide Ward with his toughest test to date.
