You do realise you could get arrested for some of the comments you've made in this thread. I've just rang the police to ask them if what you'd written was an offence and they said it was and I've copied your posts and sent them to them so expect a knock on the door from the police in the next few days.
Back tho the point of the thread. Thought macklin boxed ok but took to many shots wud hav liked to see him up the pace and really put it on the lad. Saying that he won every round but never hurt his opponent. A good 10 rounds after not much ring time in last 18 months.
You're obviously too dumb to realise how easy it is for the Police to find you. I have reported you and it won't take them long to find out where you live, you've already admitted to violence and racism so you're pretty much ****ed.
Russ really impressed me, he just got outhustled by Macklin but he showed a solid chin, some good movement and excellent jabs. I think people are underrating him because he's very green. Macklin did well to win, not impressive however he had a harder test than Willie Nelson who is easy to beat as he just comes straight forward and meets you in centre ring which Macklin is more used too.
I like Macklin, really hope he can bag himself a further title shot and do the business. Russ was an undefeated last minute replacement who from what I seem, was an awkward fighter. Macklin, had to deal with that along with working with a new trainer for the 1st time.... I think he did well. Clearly won the fight and got rounds in the bag.

Take your point Furey.But he WAS a similar build,if not style,of fighter to Nelson.Both did well,it wasn't a mismatch,and credit to Russ for taking the fight at short notice against a fighter of Macklins standing and experience.I never thought the Nelson fight would happen,but when Russ was put in,it looked like he was too good of an opponent to come in as a replacement and that one may not happen.Expected somebody fairly inferior.As it was,Macklin got a good distance fight with a talented young fighter from what looked like an ambitious team.
Macklin looked OK, hurt Russ at times, could have knocked him out and should have, but he clearly won the fight................
