Blame boxing not having a regulatory body, or blame not having Olympic style testing. Do you think mayweather or manny would even know they would be taking illegal substances? It's perfectly feasible that trainers in charge of nutrition will just say take this, take that etc. the solution should be too just allow banned substances, anyone who knows anything about performance enhancers know that it is easy to produce a false negative urine sample or even pass a urine test. Dilution and vitamin b blood testing is more effective, still elite performance enhancers can leave the system in as little as a few hours! Every year it becomes harder to catch cheats.
