    This is a smart move in the long run for Broner.
    1) he gets to get comfortable at the weight.
    2) he gets to get in a few tune up fights with Pauli and probably Khan.
    3) All the guys he is so called ducking now will soon be at WW and will have to adjust to weight.
    4) All this ducking talk only builds the PPV later for those 140 pounders moving up.
