In round 12 he did show some substance getting his legs stiffened and still coming back with punches, yet i do agree that his early antics did leave a bad taste in my mouth.
If he keeps trying to avoid left hooks by pulling his head straight back he aint winning anything at a high level.
i agree but he isnt going to make the same mistake twice..he has too many good people in his corner...i will say every1 is a expert on broner now though so i should have expected sh1t for that comment atsch
I really like Broner and he has excellent skills but his ring IQ is lacking and his heart is suspect cause that **** he did tonight was weak. Maidana beat the little boy out of his ass and now he needs to let that **** go, man up and publicly acknowledge that loss. That ass whoopin isn't any secret cause it was on worldwide TV. Untill that happens, it's gonna be Broner who?
AB sees himself as a near finished product, fighting at the highest level of the sport and sadly he seems to have no one who is willing to slap some sense into him and tell him that there is still a lot work to do. I'm not basing this on random opinion I'm basing this on the type of lifestyle he is choosing to have.
No, he deserves nothing. He never showed hearth in the entire fight, expecially after the knockdowns. And after the fight, he disappeared. This thread is exactly like the one about Stevenson deserving credit for menacing a fighter of death and even acting his funeral, and then doing O-faces whenever hit and quitting. Broner never showed anything positive, in fact he is one of the worst faces of boxing, he deserves nothing.
Broner never came out blazing from the off in any fight. He was exposed last night for what he is, an average fighter with a bigger than average mouth and ego. Maidana knows he has the power, and would simply jump on top of Broner from the get go. Maidana was gassed from the 5th round and still dropped Broner and hurt him in the later rounds. Broner has no defense, NONE. Even with his personal ref, and blindingly biased commentary team he still got his **** pushed in. Broner will not fight at 147 again, and if he drops to 140 Danny and Lucas will be there to push his **** in for him. Broner was outboxed, outmuscled, and badly hurt by a guy most people said wouldn't hear the bell for the middle rounds. Broner> Overrated Hypejob.
Really, was that then when he collapsed on the ring rolling around 10 seconds after the head, or maybe when he was continuously complaining to the referee, it was a man versus a child last night, the child lost and run out of the ring sucking his thumb.
