Easy, by bouncing around a lot, and fighting slick black guys and circling TOWARDS their power hand, with your chin exposed. Skip to the 8 minute mark, where he demonstrates the skill of not getting up after taking a flush shot to the chin. That pretty much sums it up. The training is also crucial. Rock Jaw....wall sits and PEDs. That's all you need to know.
The sarcastic reply was mainly to highlight the unspecific nature of your question. Firstly, who are you referring to.....now answered - thank you. Secondly, what specifically are you wanting to emulate? You can't expect people to break down every aspect of a fighter's style, and expect to tell you how to fight EXACTLY like someone else. Very unrealistic. Is it footwork.....defense....power..... The original question is ridiculous in nature, and will summon ridiculous responses.
Freddie Little is real good role model, a top guy to try and emulate. You don't hear much about him, but, when you talk to guys that have been around awhile and know boxing, you hear a lot. How do you fight like Freddie Little? -get real good and knowing range and distance. -don't waste a single movement. - save your hands for punching, not for silly things like blocking punches. A lot of that comes from judging distance, the rest comes from a lot of time spent learning how to fight and how to avoid punches.
thanks. his jab is :yikes his stance is perfect too. how come i cant find anymore of his fights? i would be willing to pay for them
I used to buy fight films from this guy a decade ago. He had a great selection and he was real fair in his pricing. http://www.knockoutprom.com/
