Garcia wins IMO, people may not agree but that kid has been written off so many times, first khan would school him, then Matthysse would KO him early. Garcia has power confidence and decent speed and showed some fine skills Vs Lucas, At this stage of Manny's career i'd fancy Garcia.

Am not sure it Oscar I think he would if he could. I think its Richard Schaefer and Arum that wont work together an I don't think they ever will. an were are missing out on some great fights I would love to see Prov fight Maidana or Bradley fight Floyd , Maidana or Garcia once he moves up an that's just the welterweight. they should work it out for the good of boxing if they ever make the Floyd vs Pac fight though it would be nice if they gave us a great undercard with fights from both stables,

Well for starters, I never even implied that Rios stood any sort of chance.

Second, I'd say Garcia has more power in both hands (especially his left hook) than ROIDquez.

Third, saying Pac will be too good for him is a weak ass argument. How will he be too good? What does this even mean? I see a lot of posts here about Pac's speed... yeah? How does Pac do with counter punchers?

Garcia was able to counter a prime Amir Khan... and in the early rounds at that. At this point in time, are you really going to tell me that Pac is faster than Khan? GTFOH.

All I know is that if this fight were to ever be made, come betting time, this fight would make me a lot of money.

\When Pacquack fought Morales. Eric was 29 and now Pacquiao is the older lion at 35. Garcia is young doe! but he could beat Pacquiao with his left hook..

First Garcia doesn't need to bark on northern division to fight "who cares of his belt" him if he really confident on his skill set then move to welterweight. fight at least 2 and look spectacular then he has a legitimate claim for fighting any in the division. For now its too early to make that call and make him a delusional.

Before marquez 4, i would have said pacquiao easy decision or late stoppage on cuts to garcia... But post marquez 4 pac is badly damaged goods.

Now i'd say garcia takes pacquiao early if pac comes to fight and opens up...or pac goes to sleep late if he tries being a bit more cautious. Either way garcia wins now.... The guy has granite for a chin.
