99% of us here believe Floyd would tap pac's ass into a wide UD but he himself doesn't think that way though.

I do believe Floyd wins this match if they did actually meet up.

Pac could hurt Floyd but Floyd is too slick, too rangy, and will time him over and over. UD FMJ and I really like Pac a lot.

While I think Pac has a good style vs. Mayweather he is just too short with a deficient reach to really put the pressure on Floyd.

He would beat a few of those guys but his health would come first against Pacquiao.

Well, Mayweathers best is at 130.

As a division jumper, Floyd naturally has not been able to spend enough time in one division to have the resume or rounds at the weight to qualify in the top 10. However, he is a top 3 130 pounder, #1 in my opinion.

But if I am putting money on a top form of Floyd than I will say that I would not pick him with the usual confidence over prime versions, from that list, of: Armstrong, Whitaker, Duran.

pac walked down cotto... from floyd himself. tells you how he views pac as an opponent.

pac shatters floyd's china now. the 2009 pac would shatter that glass jaw so hard it will take weeks to pick up the pieces.

too much power and speed on that left straight from southpaw stance with boundless stamina couple with footspeed that can fight at very high pace for 36mins.

floyd so feared pac jail looked like a sanctuary for floyd to avoid pac.

Pac has just as much blame as Floyd for the fight not happening.
Just a few days ago Bob Arum said Pac has 3 choices for his next fight.
Rematch with either JMM or Bradley or Provodnikov.
So how is it Floyd's fault now? Manny is hiding behind Uncle BOB, if he wanted to fight Floyd or the other 15 Golden Boy fighters at 140-147 he would turn free agent and he could have options like Floyd does.

this is always the ***** tactic.

    but floyd wins right?

*****s are contented fight not happening, which you cant say about *******s and neutral obervers.

i dont even think how floyd's potshotting wins over pac\s volume for the whole 36mins.

coupled this with his shoulder not working, he will be forced to move or clinch.

eventually floyd would tire and would try to hold his ground.

    thats when the fun starts.

if you have an idea how, tell us. there is plenty of videos of floyd against southpaw.

is pac fight going to look like one of those?

If swarmed Floyd would pick Manny apart with his accurate countering dropping Manny's workrate to an all time low. Once at that point Floyd controls every round.

Floys isn't a LW, he's grown into WW. He isn't a big WW by any means but he isn't an undersized one by any stretch either. Just because he maintains his weight well doesn't make him small - look how he compares size wise to Shane in this pic:

    http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/.a/6a00d8341c630a53ef0133ed1d9c3c970b-800wi

Neither of those guys is small at WW, Shane was significantly bigger than most of the LWs he fought early in his career which is why he had to move up, although he chose to skip 140 as it was clear he had the size and skill to compete at WW, the only difference is Floyd moved up gradually and had to grow into the weight.
