You're all mental Froch would decimate JCCJ at 168 mid rounds stoppage easy for Froch.

It's granite as are his powers of recovery, he was unconscious on his way down to the canvas and conscious again before he touched the canvas.

**** was like ali in bed before the light goes out.

chavez couldn't pressure a former welterweight, so i'm guessing he's probably not going to break down a big elite super-middlweight.

Yes, when taking punches from middleweights and super welters - and only a couple of them more than average punchers.

Froch is a super middleweight and quite a hard puncher. Lee was able to hold Chavez off for a few rounds with his jab and got his attention with uppercuts before the tide turned. Look at the state of his face when Martinez was done with him. You put a guy that hittable in with a hard punching super middleweight and he isn't going to be laughing off blows like he was from the average-hitting middleweight champ who started at welterweight and was a 154lber until his mid-thirties.

Chavez might pull it. Froch is slow, Chavez also has granite chin and his defense is better than Froch's. Chavez by UD.

Froch by clubbing for 12 or a cuts /injury stoppage.

Bad fight for Chavez unless he somehow refinds himself as the bodypunching brawler that went toe to toe with Rubio without ever flinching.:think

Froch is on his way out, he's bad...but he's not that bad.
He'd handle JCC with ease using his jab alone to a clear UD, possibly stopping him late on. JCC doesn't do anything in this fight.
