Julian Jackson starching Herol Graham! I was backing Graham for a middleweight title since he stopped Mark Kaylor. Watched him dance 99% of the way to the belt and then.....well you know.

Well, as for famous, I would probably say that right hand which came from left field that skidded across the top of Jack Johnson's head that so many people actually believe was a knockdown from Stanley Ketchel. But, if I was going to say impressive I would say:

Briscoe-Valdes II in the 7th round the right hand-left hook that dropped Briscoe was amazing.

Marciano-Layne - that right hand to the temple by Rocky caused a delayed reaction and Layne sagged face first to the canvas. Outstanding.

Frazier-Ellis I - I was always partial to that last left hook that Joe landed in the 4th that spun Ellis down. He got up but Ellis was done for the evening.

Curry-McCrory - My favorite. That left hook in the 2nd that dropped Milt for the first knockdown is breathtaking.

Louis right that knocked Braddock out.
Frazier's left hook that dropped Ali.
Dempsey's left hook that send Willard on the canvas for the first time ever.

A much more recent fight, but Sergio Martinez' one-punch KO over the iron-chinned Paul Williams was absolutely shocking. It'll never get the recognition it deserves historically, but what a punch.

Similarly Nonito Donair's monstrous left hook that iced the previously unbeaten Vic Darchinyan.

His eye was swollen shut, but from the pics, I can believe the bit about the nose (bridge) taking 5 stitches.

Not a very famous one, but Benvenuti's left hook against Rodriguez was an absolute beauty especially after being WAY behind.

Cant believe no one mentioned Tysons right hand on Spinks which sent him flying backwards, eyes rolling to the back of his head

My favourite Tyson punch is the left hook that ended Carl Williams.

Not just the punch itself, but his re-positioning after he threw it. Perfection.

The left hook that Dempsey landed on Jess Willard who was never dropped before, was amazing as Dempsey had to punch "UP" to even reach the 6ft6" Willard's chin...
Remember also that Dempsey weighed about 75 pounds LESS than Willard....Astounding.
But the most impressive left hook I ever saw ringside was when Al Bummy Davis hit his opponent so hard with his left hook that the guy did a back flip and landed on the canvas
    dead to the world....
Also the right hand that one of my favorite fighters Tommy Hearns ko'd Roberto Duran...
    Tommy could HIT...
