Poll:Who has a better jab, Cotto or Khan?

Cotto all day every day.
Being a lefty from a righty stance helps.

The only problem is his right hand is hence quite poor.

Cotto has the stronger jab

cotto's imo better placed goes to head and body with probably more accuracy and power , any one ever seen khan throw a jab to the body:huh

Khan couldnt keep Pedelson off him with his jab. Its not even ****ing close.

 

Khan has a good fast spear jab, if he can master using it combined with his ranged if will be a useful tool. However Cotto hits alot harder but is naturally bigger. Lets see how Khan and his new trainer work on his style for this fight (which I think will happen)

His jab is already the best he can make it...jabbing to the body is best if you are a short guy with a long reach and an iron chin

Khan has gone away from his jab in recent fights, havent really seen it used well after judah - now he uses it as a range finder

Cotto - his jab is now more inconsistent that what it was, and a bit slower, but he still has the superior jab

 

Khan better bring his jab in the Mayweather fight, if he wants to win...I think he started thinking he Is Julian Jackson after the Judah fight & ended up Julian Jacksoned himself :yep

You have to define this; do you mean who has the better jab in terms of power, accuracy, effectiveness, speed ………………. :huh

Or do you mean who makes better use or utilises their jab better over the distance of a 12 round fight, or indeed their whole careers?

The straight up answer is Cotto, when he bothers his arse to jab he has a very stiff accurate jab. However Khan throws more jabs or has done, therefore statistically I imagine he's landed more career jabs than Cotto has.

 

I would say that Cotto has the better overall jab.

Kahn, to me, after the 3rd or 4th round starts to flick his jab more; cliche when it comes to Kahn, but he's still very amateurish with a lot of punches, this includes his jab.

I would define Cotto has having a "Pro Style" jab, where one tends to put some bad intentions behind the jab.
