Lewis all day. V.klit never had a quality win. Lewis has atleast 6-7 quality wins!

Elroy cheers for the welcome and the backup :p

MAJR you say Lewis was coming back into the fight, maybe some truth but I feel this was due to the cut (caused by dubious punch), as it left him leaking blood and losing sight, he became more desperate and lumbering. He coudnt fight with his usual composed style in these circumstances. Without that cut I imagine Vitali would have been in control of the fight.

I honestly don't know how this is even a question.

I would pick a prime Lewis to beat everyone in the current HW division.

    :deal

There's not a single ATG or hall of famer that Vitali ever beat. His greatest single achievement was putting up a good fight before having a hole punched in his face by an old, bloated, unmotivated Lennox. Lennox actually beat ATGs and hall of famers including Vitali himself.

Vitali probably outpoints Lewis everytime and wins with no cut when he fights smart
I put him at top 5 ATG-right up there with Lewis

197-43 can this stop now Vitali isn't better than Lewis it's not even a debate he beat him in the ring and his resume shits on Vitali. Has Vitali ever fought anyone as good as Tua? Razor? Grant was destroyed ? Golota? Just stop the madness .

But look at his amazing resume! He has:

    Ross Purrity (he beat Wlad)
Orlin Norris (the brother of a HOFer, so by default, he's great)
Kirk Johnson (who showed his wonderful quality and discipline against Ruiz)
Corrie Sanders (in his prime at 38, a year off, and the heaviest of his career)
Lennox Lewis (a real victory since Lewis thumbed Vitali's eye and Vitali was winning when the racist doctor stopped it. I mean Vitali just had a nick on his eye)
Chris Byrd (a real victory because Byrd was losing on the cards when Vitali quit)
Danny Williams (he beat Mike Tyson and made Tyson quit when Tyson hurt his knee)
Sam Peter (he beat......uh, Oleg Maskaev!)
    Juan Gomez
    Kevin Johnson
Shannon Briggs (former linear HW champion of the world, a mere 14 years before Vitali beat him. And he did it by genuinely, convincingly, beating a prime 49 year old Foreman!)
    Odlandier Solis
    Chris Arreola
    Manuel Charr
    Tomasz Adamek
    Derek Chisora

That resume is so sad compared to what the fanboys would have you believe that it almost make you want to cry for them. :-(

It's definitely not debatable. Lewis had a longer reign, more title defences, fought better opponents and was undisputed for at least part of his reign. And he won their fight.

Vitali was good, but he has nothing on that. Not even close. How 44 people can disagree with that is beyond me.
