Mayweather doesn't want to negotiate with Arum either so please don't make it look like Arum is the one to fully blame here. As far as I recall, I never saw Pacquiao demanding bull**** like "Leave your promoter and management", "New testing required!" and "Take $40 million while I take all the rest including 100% of the PPV earnings". What else is he going to demand?, "Divorce your wife and change your trainer"?
