Darlings?WTF? Anyway, when 2 fighters are appointed by a boxing organization to fight either for a world title or an official eliminator, and the two managers who represent the fighters cannot agree on terms,a purse bid is ordered.A date and time to submit the best offer is ordered by the boxing organization. The promoters interested submit closed envelopes of their official offer, along with a 10% certified cheque of the total amount bid.The winning promoter is the promoter who bid highest and the losing promoter receives his cheque back.
PS-In the event the winning promoter does NOT go through with the fight, the boxing organization keeps this non-refundable cheque.Should the fight go on as bid,the cheque is returned, minus the organizations sanction fee.:good
Yes yes yes.... all organizations have the same process when it comes to purse bids and those things are always carried out by the rules and void of any and all corruption. How about giving the dude a real answer to his question instead of this pc bs?
I tought Fatcity's answer was great, and then this. Are you alluding to the enormous corruption behind it? Don't leave us wondering!
