I know Maciel is a step up from anyone Smith has faced but I have been a lot more impressed by Smith's recent performances than I have Rose's. Rose might edge a very close fight now but I think Beefy will develop into an overall better fighter than Rose eventually.
Rose is not a bad fighter, but i felt he was very lucky against Maciel last time out and i think if he fought Smith it would be the same kind of fight. Rose has the experience, but Smith is stronger and i don't think he would let Rose off the hook like Maciel did when he hurt him, at the same time it would be a step up for Smith, but i think he comes through in a good fight. Rose is tough, but he can be roughed up. Good luck to Brian though in his world title fight.
Not a fan of Rose. He'd still get the victory at this point in time. 18 months time however; who knows?
Rose is nowhere near world class,got bashed up by Maciel and given a gift.He hasn't a hope in hell against Andrade. Beefy is European level at best but I think Rose and Smith is a very even matchup.
Rose is Euro level tops Smith also even match up even now. Rose is in for a very painful night next fight has done well not a fan of his but at least he will earn a few quid before dropping back to his natural level.

Rose is a nice guy outside the ring but fortunately he has zero power, none what so ever!!! He will never be a world champ. For me Smith beats him tomorrow.
