did you count bradleys jabs to the arms of pac as scoring jabs? that maybe it. i mean, i watched the fight with my friends while drinking. first 8 rounds i thought pac won all. then bradley started boxing/running/trying to survive and pac looked bored. then we started switching watching between basketball and boxing. never went back watched it again. only thing i remembered where bradley won a round clearly ws round 10. what else to watch in that fight? it was evident pac ws the faster and harder puncher. both have similar reach, which means, coupled with pac being southpaw, it would be really difficult to outbox pac and the stats back this view. you got to be very extremely bias and give all close rounds to bradley, even then, im not sure there were many that close rounds.
It's entirely possible. Short of some sick odds on one side of the other, I'll be keeping my money in my pocket. Honestly, either could win the rematch. If I was forced to bet, I would probably favor Pac, but it could go either way. :good
I had it 116:112 in favour of Pac even though I predicted a Bradley win and secretly rooted for him. He really shouldn't have won that. I haven't rewatched it ever since though.
Taking into account close rounds that could go either way, it was anywhere between 7-5 Pac and 10-2 Pac. It's fair to argue it was a close fight but not fair to argue Bradley won or even got a draw.
The best evidence of the true result of the fight is Tim's "I'LL NEED TO GO LOOK AT THE TAPE" reaction after the decision. Not exactly the portrait you self-confidence you expect of a winning fighter.
You have 120+ "expert" scores, with 117-111 being the mean, rounded down. So it's not ridiculous, by definition. Even 115-113 is not ridiculous, but based on the numbers it's very much a minority opinion.
I didn't see Bradley hurt by any of the punches, and I didn't see any marks on his face after 12 rounds either. lol
