lol trust me the Mayweather fight was just promotion just like the supposed Alexander fight, he didnt even dare step in the ring with alexander, and he didnt even deserve that shot.

so whos he gonna face when mayweather announcing hes fighting someone decent

will it be another total bum cherrypicked opponent featherweight like Carlos Molina/ Oisin ***an/ mccloskey/salita/ kotelnik/ limond/peterson (gone wrong lol)

a totally past it guy with a a name like Judah/Julio Diaz/ barrera

or a guy who has skills but punches like a little 2 year old downs syndromed girl - malignaggi- therefore is perfect for the worlds most chinniest fighter , ........maybe Cuenca will get the call

Or maybe it wil be cherrypicking gone wrong again like when they and everyone else thought Danny Garcia was an average ESPN level fighter, Garcia was the massive underdog.

One things for certain is Khan won't be fighting a puncher, the only time hes faced a puncher apart from prescott (Lol) in his career was against the average Maidana, was because maidana was his mandatory, and it took him 2 years to face him lol! no props for having to take on a forced mandatory puncher

When/if the mayweather fight falls through, expect the cherry picking/ cherrypicking gone wrong to continue

Khan will either face a a featherweight ranked about 50th in the world with a 20-0 6 KO's record

Or a way past their best 'name fighter'

Khan has always been the massive favourite going into every fight
Khan has never faced or beat anyone in the top 3 in his division
Khan has never beat a prime world champion who has had a long reign as world champion, and has never beat an undefeated world champion.

the guy a total cherrypicking BUM, who hasnt been world champ for years, doesnt have any top elite level wins, and hasnt beat anyone even half decent for about 4 years
the guy is a joke and his fans are an even bigger joke

i'm not a khan fan at all, but Maidana is not average.

(although khan only survived that fight with a little bit of help from a friendly ref)

yes he almost got beat lol
All maidana has is a punch, apart from that he is a very slow, predictable plodder, very average indeed as Devon Alexander showed when he won every single round against him easily.

Khan is a comedy act who couldn't cut it at world level, simple as that

Amere Con is a softer than baby **** glass jawed bum with mediocre boxing skills, gets wobbled and put on ***** street in almost every fight, at commonwealth title level Khan was getting put down by part time featherweight boxers.
Craig Watson dropped him heavily in the amateurs and Watson couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat. Prescott wobbled him with a jab ..... do you want me to go on? His chin is the worst Ive ever seen. His defence is terrible... etc etc

Don't understand why theres so many threads on the guy

The guy has been avoiding punchers, and A level fighters his whole career.
Dont give a **** who he fights next, but if he fights someone who is good in their prime, or just a puncher with **** skills, he gets beat yet again. He needs to retire to save himself from more extremely embarassing moments and brain damage

Thats because boxing is not a promoted sport ib ****stan, all they really follow is cricket. It is down to the age of 3rd gen ****stanis in the UK (****stanis with parents born in the UK who dont mind their kids boxing) which is why we are seeing more pro/Amateur ****stani boxers and that is rising. We'll have a much bettet idea of the capabilities of ****stani boxers in the next 10 years as the current batch come through

in fairness with Porters win its proved that Diaz wasn't that bad a fight after all. that said he needs more time with Hunter so if he does take another fight against a lesser name im not that bothered. May would KO Khan its a mis match.

Amir is just chinny always will be heart of a lion but hasn't been impressive since the judah fight. From reading his twitter his lots of things going on building restaurants going to ****stan, charity work.
I think his career at the top level could be finished in a year or two. too many distractions he needs to be fighting more often not leading the celeb lifestyle thats if if he wants to be rememberd as a great fighter i think his best years may already be behind him.

So ex lightweight Khan isn't very good and will fight an ex featherweight or someone who also isn't very good? Should be competitive then. I might watch it.

I guess we're talking about uk p.akistanis then go to most gyms up and down the country and you will see lots of p.akistanis representing in different fields in boxing, mma , kick boxing martial arts either competing or at a level where they are training others. This is thanks to the opportunities they are given from a young age in the UK. True not many make it to elite level but there is a vast number who are competing at amateur/semi pro events in a vast array of combat sports considering they are a tiny percentage of the uk population.

All the (lol's) in the authors post made me laugh!

Still, a very impressive rant - but yeah, disagree about Maidana - he's improved a lot under Garcia too, straightening up his punches, jabbing more, feinting etc. He's now a total different fighter then the Chino that lost to Devon
