I say give Broner the rematch.....He was the champ and still confused on if there was or was not a rematch clause.

I like watching Maidana box and this will be another explosive fight:good

Maidana is in a tough spot. He got DOMINATED by Devon Alexander ffs. Then he beat a " HYPE JOB" in Broner. I actually think he will lose the re-match, then what? Marcos should try to cash in big while his stock is high. IDK how he can live with being beat up and even wobbled by Alexander the "not so great", that's the re-match he should be looking for.

This just goes to show when you win all is forgiven. Surely everyone hasn't forgotten how Marcos got **** on by Devon Alexander. If Broner somehow wins the re-match, then what? I can't in good faith have confidence in anyone who gets destroyed by Alexander.

Maidana was rightfully criticized after the Devon fight, but that was 2 years ago, time to move on i would say (like maidana has), so no need to keep mentioning it.No one likes watching Devon fight, so there's no need for Maidana to have the Devon re match, there's much better, entertaining fights out there and most importantly bigger money fights for him.

Maidana has won every fight since then and has changed trainer, it was a bad night for Maidana but its not like he didn't get back to winning ways. And what makes you so sure AB wins the rematch?, Maidana is going to destroy him again, worse this time in fact.

Correct....and how did Devon do on his last fight:think:!:

Broner was the champ, so written or not on paper for a rematch he deserves a chance.

The only other person I would want to see Maidana fight so soon is Khan.:blurp

Floyd is still on a whole different level for the Little Bulldog but with more training he should hit the Team Money lotto soon.

    Hard work and dedication bro:hey

All of these people saying NO, just don't want A.B. to avenge his loss. Haters are kinda' easy to figure out.

No one is saying they don't want to see Broner get his ass kicked again, we

No Broner does not deserve a rematch, and I'm basing that on his performance in the first fight and his level of respect for the sport as a whole.
Having said that, however, I would very much enjoy watching a rematch. The fight was so entertaining any fan would want to see that again. And, who knows, maybe AB can make the adjustments needed and make it a more competitive affair. I don't think he can but this is boxing any stranger things have happened

This is exactly right! It's funny how "fans" do not understand the basics of a contract or the sport they "love"

    :yep

Haters are easier to read than the menu at McDonalds.

Being from LA you are surrounded by them.

Wait, so Marcos loses just about every round and is not competitive in the least and it's a bad night? Ok, so since Broner was way more competitive vs Marcos than Marcos vs Alexander, it would be fair to say it was a bad night for Broner then right? No need to keep mentioning the fact that Marcos got waxed by a C level fighter? Bad night, maybe. Perhaps Marcos just isn't that good.

Maidana needs to avenge his loss to Alexander
