This would be a classic match. Skill vs skill. Mayweather is faster, but they have about the same power. Both have solid chins.

Mayweather never faced a TRUE boxer like John @130.

John has beaten speed before when he schooled Smoke Gainer.:deal

Even at 126, a drained Mayweather will beat Chris John.

Chris John was a master at neutralizing speed, he did it so good to Gainer

Mayweather speed is just one of his advantages, he is defensively perfect, so Chris will pay dearly if he wants to land anything.

    Mayweather wins a clear UD

Edwin Valero, Manny Pacquiao, Joel Casamayor & Ike Quartey...THOSE ARE RELATIVELY smaller guys, that would have given Mayweather a harder fight in their prime 130-140

Chris John style will not work that good vs Mayweather

Floyd might win, but John is not a slow puncher like Chico.

People take what Floyd did at 140+, and forget that at 130 he was much more aggressive and went for the kill. Very light on his feet, and a lot more power. Mayweather by TKO.

True, but noone on Floyd record at 130 is as good as John.

I mean Goyo Vargas went the distance and he is pretty much a punching bag.
