    :rofl

    :rofl

    :rofl

Then those same Black cruisers would kill The Welsh Rabbit

First id like say that not the entire forum loses credibility, just the general forum, cause evryone at the classic forum always poll these fights differently.whenever these what if scenarios popup , its always misleading on the specification on what era are they fighting in and what is the situation, are they wearing modern mitts which are pillow gloves in comparison, is clay allowed to use suppliments , are they fighting 15 rounds fight ? Which joe has never done. All these change the nature of the outcome. As much as its not said, you know a great boxers career is over when you start losing to white guys.:hi:

1.Why would Clay play rope a dope with a light in the as.s slapper like Joe?

2.Joe wouldn't have any success at all and he wouldn't last long enough for Clay to get complacent.

3.Joe would not make it to the final bell...the only bells that coke-up coward would hear would be in his head as he lay dying on the canvas.

4.Joe was NEVER a puncher even before his hands got damaged.

5.If Joe had the goods to beat a young Clay....he sure did a good job hiding it.

    1. That was a joke. That's why I said "Or on a more serious note".

    2. Joe was quick enough to have some success. 188lb Doug Jones (mentioned in the thread title) lasted the 10 round distance so I think Joe would also have a chance to. I never said he actually would though.

    3. See 2.^

    4. Nobody said he was a puncher but with more weight and better hands he would have hit harder than he did at 168 with bad hands.

    5. Who said Joe had the goods to beat him?

1.Joe was only quick enough in your imagination

2.Doug Jones would have vaporized The Welsh Rabbit.

3.Joe went to war with a shot to hell Charles Brewer...Clay would seriously injure that coke-up coward.

There's a point where legitimate modernist arguments end, and trolling begins.

Calzaghe defeating Clay is waaaay past that point.
