    You have to be careful around roy, many that have met him have been cut by stray glass shards.

    met him twice and he's been really cool each time. Met hundreds of boxers and the only ***** was Hagler.

    RJJ came to England couple of years ago to do some after-dinner talks and he came to my town of Newark which a local ex-pro (Carl Greaves) organised. I couldn't believe that I'd actually got to meet Roy Jones Jnr having watched him for so many years and having been such a big fan and, YES, he was the nicest, coolest guy you could meet. He took time for everyone and spoke really well. I was kinda wondering how he would speak cos he had suffered a few nasty KO's but he was great - looked you straight in the eye and gave proper full answers to every question. Awesome!!

    Thanks for posting this,mate.Probably the best boxer Ive ever seen,and Im no youngster.Carrying on too long has shattered his all time rankings though. No doubt.
