you do that by getting on PPV undercards and getting any airtime you can stateside

No I can't do better but Khan has world class attributes and an amateurs' use of them. Simply no threat to Floyd and a quick look at the Mccloskey fight shows how non-penetrating his offense is going to be.

Floyd should be fighting his mandatory.

 

Brook certainly is the higher ranked WW at the moment. Khan has never laced up at WW.

However, in the business that is boxing, Khan brings in significantly more money.

Does Khan have a better career than Brook if both retired today? Absolutely. Is that the reason he'd get the fight? No... it's about popularity and revenue generating.
