Bellew. He's a naturally big lad.

Wasn't Clev a WW or something like that?

He isn't naturally big enough to compete at CW. It's not like he was doing some all year around/major cut to get to LHW.

Bellew im still not convinced Clev will fight at CW even if he does i expect he would get stoped and go back down in weight.

he didn't lose to Kovalev because of weight he lost because Kovalev is a much better fighter.

    Agree.
As far as I understand it NC wasn't struggling to make weight. The step up from previous opponents to Kovalev was simply too massive to take and Nathan came up short. I can see why he was so turned off boxing by the fight as it was so sickeningly one sided there wasn't even a straw to grasp at.

Bellew has been fighting at the wrong weight for years. Always look drained and spent half of fight weight trying to assure everyone he was fine with the weight.

Clev isn't big enough and has lost the plot it seems if he really thinks he's a CW.

Bellew for me. Cleverly's power wont be respected at CW and people will walk through him and I can see him getting knocked out. Although I think being trained by Booth is a very good move and he might be able to nick a belt. Bellew on the other hand I think was struggling at LHW. It's not like he's moving up by 7 pounds, he's moving up by 25 pounds. It will make a real difference. I can see Bellew being a big puncher and he seems to have a good boxing brain. I can see him becoming a Champ certainly.

    Neither.

Both will be slightly worse than they where at LHW.

Cleverly overall is just slightly better, and will be a CW aswell.

With correct training Cleverly can be a force at CW, Bellew struggled at LHW cant see going up helping him much.

Bellew is not a natural LHW and has been draining himself for years, he should do better at CW provided he gets the training and diet right as he puts on the weight.

I'd say bellew but what i want to know is, why was he killing himself at the weight for years rather than moving up?
