The worst British title fight you have seen?

Some of the British heavyweight title fights were fecking awful especially the ones involving Danny Williams vs Sprott/Audley/Skelton/McDermott.

Also the Bellew vs McKenzie rematch was a terrible fight to watch and the start of Bellew becoming a complete bore and up his own ass.

 

Had the awful pleasure of enduring Ashley Theopane vs Darren Hamilton, live, in front of my very 2 eyes.

I didn't think Theophane vs Hamilton was that bad (wasn't that good either)... Sam Webb Vs Anthony Small was the worst for me

 

This, beyond any doubt, was the worse British title fight ever.

 

It was exciting but in terms of a dearth of technique and skills it has to be Jack Bodell vs Danny McAlinden.
I'm not clever enough to upload it,if someone can it's a scream!

 

That was a commonwealth title fight and it wasn't worse then when Sprott beat Williams. That was a pals act shocker were none of them wanted to hurt each other.

Burns v cook, not one punch landed can't beat that. No wonder burns kept title so long with so many hand picked fights

 

Anthony Small v Thomas McDonagh. A real snoozer.

 

Rob Norton - Leon Williams & the decision was a joke. I scored it 118-110 to Norton but Williams got it. There was no uproar because Norton spent years boring everyone senseless

Any of the Heavyweight title fights in the late 70s /early 80s involving Meade, Ferris, Pearce, Currie etc.
