Now the dust has settled, do you still believe Haye's injuries were genuine?

I can't understand that people think Haye faked injury as he was afraid to box Tyson Fury. The man went in with Valuev and Wlad - what has he to fear from Fury?

believe the shoulder was but not the cut. these days you can fake an injury and play the anybody who believes this is crazy card and everyone will believe you.

I think they were real especially the shoulder he looked in obvious discomfort on ringside
the rumors before the Fury fight were along the lines of he was in beast mode and was sparking people - he was rocking people in the few training videos they shown.

He Cunningham and Pajic can one shot Fury than Haye who hits bigger, faster harder could easily do it and then he would be swarming all over Fury

It was a great fight on paper gutted it isn't happening I think the injuries were real but the way it came out and all the talking around the fight and the klit fight has made me less of a fan of haye overall

Yeah, Im not 100% convinced! he may have beat Fury but i think he would have had to fight...something again i'm not convinced Haye wants to do anymore...he wants the money but doesnt want to take the punches...the Wlad fight proved that for me...

  5. I no longer believe a word from the Toe.

Fury said right from the outset that he felt Haye would look to pull out for any reason and he was right.

David Haye's legacy is the Toe, multiple cancelled fights and stinking out the Heavyweight division.

As soon as he saw Fury's deadlift erection he suddenly "hurts his shoulder"...Coincidence? Masturbatory incident? Who can say?

It doesn't matter if Haye went in with Valuev and Wladimir as Haye isn't the same fighter he used to be and Fury is the younger and hungrier guy with nothing to lose. Haye has a big ego and he would be afraid to lose to Fury.

Another thing its not like Haye hasn't faked injury before to pull out of fights. At the end of the day Haye he hasn't done himself any favor's as he clearly isn't a man to be trusted, just ask his wife?

The injuries looked genuine. Haye has been in with much tougher opponents than Fury . . .

    • The hand injuries look dodgy
    • The cut was real
    • The shoulder isn't as bad as suggested, as in, it needed an operation at some point but it was longstanding.

I think if he wanted the payday he would of fought through the shoulder injury. Clearly if he would have been told with the surgery that it may end his career so why not take the fight and make £5million. I have a few thoughts

    1) Haye hates to get hit. Against Fury there is a very good chance of him taking shots.

    2) A loss to Fury ruins any further revenue outside the ring. For example he would not be as big a name so not as much opportunities.

    3) I personally think he would of got beat bad by Fury. I might of been wrong but there was doubts in his head. You can see those doubts every time he spoke.

    4) Hayes record is not as good as we all think.. Who has he actually beat that's world class?? Won a close decision in a bore fest v Valuev(who is probably the worst Heavyweight champ in history) at Cruiser he beat Mormeck and Maccranelli hardly elite level.

I think the injuries may well be real but he was thinking long term. Why risk a loss against Fury when everyone thinks he's such an elite boxer!!

He had a lot to loose in fighting Fury, look there was a real chance Haye didn't win he was favorite but Tyson was in with a decent chance. Imagine the embaressment and shot to Hayes ego if he lost to Tyson Fury a guy who many don't rate he would be a laughing stock. Secondly he went in with Wlad someone said, well i'd fight Wlad for the money Haye got and he didn't exactly put up any sort of a fight to Wladimir. Haye has always been overrated he has done nothing at HW for some reason people think he is the best outside of Wladimir despite beating nothing at HW Tyson Fury would have been his hardest and biggest test at HW and i honestly think he wasn''t 100% sure he could pass that tes so he faked injury imo to save himself potential embarrassment.
