It is yet to see what Helenius is really about.

Sauerland did a great job on building his career by bringing there absolutely shot Brewster, Liakhovich and out of shape retired Peter... Yeah "great names" they were but I think we fans got fooled around how good Helenius really were...
Then they brought tehre young, motivated Chisora and it was different story. I give Helenius benefit of the doubt that he had serious problems with his hands but it still left huge question marks on him.:verysad

It would be great for boxing in Finland and Sweden if Helenius managed to rise from the ashes and come back.

We know Robert does not have a horrible glass jaw like most these guys.
We also know Robert can punch a bit.

I know Robert is not that good a boxer, but when he's highly motivated, he can be a dangerous foe for most heavyweights. Robert has many ups and downs, I know he's lost to mediocre heavies from Sweden in the amateurs, and he's turned it around in other bouts and knocked the same mediocre people down and won fights.

With Robert, it's all about staying motivated and seasoned, unfortunately that is not the case anymore.

With all that said, I still think he'd dispose of this polish hoodlum in no time.

    Also, speaking of Brewster.

After their bout, Brewster requested to see Robert Helenius handwraps/gloves, and was refused to by Sauerland/Roberts corner.

Brewster was very shot at that point, but he's maintained: "I've never been hit like that, amateur or professional, everytime he hit me, even with jabs, I got dazed"

95 votes for Jennings, 52 for Szpilka from decided people. That means 65 % for Jennings, 35 % for Szpilka. So it is not that much an even fight like most say. Jennings according to this poll is not big but pretty clear favourite. If Szpilka wins he will deserve big respect.

Szpilka wasnt picked! Infact he picked this fight and made it happen via twitter! He went to his promoter and demanded this fight or he wont fight for them again!

I like Jennings here, but Szpilka could test his ruggedness and chin. Good, solid bout.

Since when is Jennings a power puncher ?

The only way he stops Szpilka is with a barrage and a ref stoppage.

    HBO broadcast starts 9.45pm ET.

Szpilka vs Jennings should be in ring fighting at 10pm ET.

With a name like Seamus i guess you're interested in the Sean Monaghan vs Matt Vanda fight? You should be able to see that and the rest of the undercard fights at Toprank tv which begins at 7pm ET.

Even if he would be scared, there's no problem in that; in fact, it adds value to the fight if you can fight through your fears.
    And boxers are human.

It's just that this is the first time i've ever heard of something like that.

And in boxing have happened every kind of crazy madness, but this.... this is original. :admin:admin:admin

you don't have to be a huge puncher if you hit Szpilka with a flush shot. since when did he have an iron jaw?
