With the right nutrition, training etc could he drop a further 4lbs to face Hall or would he be too drained to be effective?
For a one off yes but what's the point? He's approaching his prime so doesn't need to be messing about with diet/nutrition he needs to concentrate on boxing
It would be a relatively easy way to become a world champion- even down at bantamweight Frampton should have too much for Hall. Then he could instantly move back up.
Doubt he could make it to be honest hes a big super bantam plus hes got a very good nutrionist in shane mcguigan handiling him. However its worth a go maybe they could come up with a plan over an extended period to get him down to the weight, but just because you can make a weight dont mean you can fight at it. Also four pounds is alot of on that side of 9 stone
Four pound is alot at any weight if you are already doing things the correct way!! I'm sure that if he could have made Bantamweight he would have earlier on in has career to try win his first title before moving on to Super Bantamweight imo
