Did you miss Dan Goossen threatening to pull Ward out of the tournament when there were talks of adding Bute?

Kovalev because its the only one he would imo loose if he won i'd be very impressed, he needs to move up stop fighting in a division you have cleaned out, secondly ffs Ward leave Oakland even to just prove you can win away, you know i find it so hypocritical American's constantly go on about Europeans "oh they won't come and fight in America" ect why won't ward fight anywhere else for once.

TBF its only a few morons who are claiming that

But its bizarre someone so obviously great as Ward is so reluctant to leave Oakie and leave the division he long ago cleaned out

Maybe legacy simply doesnt mean all that to him

Hardest Matchup is superman, so i would like to see GGG V Ward and Kov v Superman and the winners fight for 175/168 crown. I favour Ward over GGG and Superman over Krusher. Ward V Superman is a toss-up I think if its at 175 I give it to Adonis . . . in a couple of years if Ward grows into 175 naturally I would probably favour Ward

Ward doesn't want none of Stevenson he already backed off like a little ***** when Stevenson offered him one bout at 168 and another at 175. He even offered one of those bouts in the shantytown of Oakland and Ward still refused.

If he's going to stay at 168, I'd like to see him fight Andre Dirrell.

Kovalev because of his size, style, and power in both hands. Stevenson is somewhat one-dimensional with his power only coming from his left and GGG's power is unproven at 168, plus he's not particularly lengthy. I think Ward beats them all, but Kovalev represents the most danger for him.

I would like to see him fight someone in his division so voted "other". Chavez Jr. should be a good/fun fight.

Ward is in a weak era where there arent too many top MWs, SMWs or LHWs though at LHW there is Stevenson and Kovalev. Kovalev being undefeated like Ward would make for an interesting match up, but I dont think Ward has any interest in going up, like he didnt seem very interested in Bute.
I wouldnt mind Andre Dirrell having a few tune ups and then facing Ward, but there was no interest in that either, possibly old Froch in the UK, but from what I read, he does not seem interested to face Froch in the UK.

Its a difficult question as Stevenson and Kovalev are probably not going to happen due to them being at LHW, Dirrell being a friend, Froch in the UK, Groves coming off a tough fight should have a few tune ups first.

    The answer is other...
James DeGale would be a good match up, but I dont think Ward would be too interested, as he hasnt fought fast top prime fighters with speed and wasnt interested in Dirrell or Bute, but yeah DeGale would be a good match up
