What do you think that means? I went over a few weeks back in sparring - the canvas was wet and slippery. Means nothing even when it is definitely true.
Quigg should try to settle his scores with Frampton in the ring rather than win the war of the words and spread rumours about him 'allegedly' getting dropped in sparring. Although maybe I'm being unfair to Quigg as I haven't seen the interview/quote.
I think it was more a response to framptons previous statement that quigg was chinny on a previous ringside episode. If he knows framptons been dropped a few times with big gloves on I don't blame him for saying it
Frampton hasnt even looked close to getting dropped in his pro career, and i saw plenty of his amateur bouts and never saw him hurt. not saying he's Superman, every fighter can get hurt. But Quigg has been down a few times, so people in glass house and all that :rofl
i rate frampton quite a bit above quigg , has more power and class , quigg for me was exposed vs non punching jamie arthur, whos from my neck of the woods , that being said i thought kiko hurt frampton quite a few times in there fight , was a great win for the jackal but people look back on it like it was a destruction , for 6 rounds it was in the balance
Wouldnt be surprised with that. I recall Carl and McGuigan being at Billy Nelsons gym a couple of years back when Simpson was trained with Billy.
never listen to these stories lol ive heard groves has been dropped by Eubank Jr Clev Callum Johnson Andre Dirrell Ryan Aston Darren Barker
Been out for years with back problems but been under the knife and all is well now. Boxing again in May.
And maybe he has. It doesn't matter. What people don't seem to realise is that sparring is not fighting.
