Boxing, so many many good fights could get made but sadly the fans usually get the short end of the stick when it comes to matchmaking in boxing, here's a couple of good fights that we won't see happening in 2014 in none particular order.

    1. Mayweater VS Pacquio and No, we won't see it happen in 2015 either.

    2. Wladimir Klitscko VS Wilder, Fury, Solis, Chisora, Helenius or Jennings.

    3. Solis VS Anyone.

    4. Fury VS Solis, Helenius, Wilder or Jennings.

    5. Any good fights between any of the following men Klitscko, Solis, Fury, Wilder or Jennings.

    6. Manny Pacquio VS Yuorkis Gamboa.

    7. Bryant Jennings VS Artur Szpilka 2.

    8. Saul Alvarez VS GGG.

    9. GGG VS Andre Ward

I'm sure that there are more potentially great fights that could take place in 2014 but won't. What a shame. Feel free to add to the list.

    I wouldn't rule out numbers 2-5.

I agree.. the matchmaking keeps getting worse and worse, because we as fans keep accepting inferior product.

Don't forget Martinez vs Golovkin... we won't get that one either.

I don't think that we will see Adonis "Superman" Stevenson vs Sergei "Krusher" Kovalev. I feel it would be a real superfight, but I imagine it will fall victim to boxing politics.

Ohhh man I am starting to look forward to 2014.

    You're actually right in a way. 2, 4 and 5.

    2. Wladimir Klitscko VS Wilder, Fury, Solis, Chisora, Helenius or Jennings.
    4. Fury VS Solis, Helenius, Wilder or Jennings.
    5. Any good fights between any of the following men Klitscko, Solis, Fury, Wilder or Jennings.

The flaw with these assumptions of mine are

    A. I didn't watch Helenius get exposed by Chisora back in the day, maybe it was so bad that he's receiving all sorts of offers.

And B. One of the fighters mentioned might suffer some kind of a brutal upset loss to someone else and in that case all of the other fighters mentioned would be all over him simply competing for the opportunity to get that easy win into the ring.

SOB Ward will always run from Stevenson, even at 168, at any weight! Void will always runfrom for Pac..............
