He's a shi.t fighter being matched like he's 21 instead of 31... You guys hate on Mayweather....Broner...Ward...and everybody else born in America. Then you cry because everybody isn't in love with an old overrated MW.
HOLY SH!T, some of you truly dont have any idea what you're watching in that ring. NON what so ever, sad sad sad. when you are so utterly clueless about a sport how the PHUK can you pretend to be a fan ? i just dont understand some of you.. GGG is only 10 levels above AA in every single department, NOT one comparable aspect of their games.. GGG is almost MY #1 p4p.. i can see what fighters have to offer after a few fights and GGG is unreal, i so sorry for the people who cant pick up on the important stuff in this sport. Floyd is still 1A while GGG is 1B for me. ya ya ya i know exactly who he has fought and who he hasnt, i can pick up what fighters have and dont have from breaking down their fights. and yes it can be against journymen. what are you guys going to cry about when he utterly destroys the #2 3 4 MW and SMW's ?
While I agree that GGG is levels above Arthur Abraham, this comment right here is absurd. GGG has yet to beat ONE elite fighter, and he's "almost P4P #1"? Get his balls out yer mouth mate. atsch
GG ain't destroying shi.t above 160...he'll fail worse than Abraham. Compare AA's level of comp to GG's if you want to get a laugh. Abraham would have face-planted Adama...
i said i know who he fought guy, he is the real deal. i know it he knows it and many true fans, fighters and trainers know it i understand you arent at the level some of us are at.. there is NOT 1 fighter i pick to come close to beating him from 154-168.. ya keep hating and watch the nest couple years in awe
Lajuan Simon is a good example of the contrast between GGG and Arthur Abraham, GGG clipped him out whilst stepping backwards, Arthur can't fight going back and therefore limited Lajuan Simon gave him hell. Anyone who has GGG in their top P4P lists need to get a grip, he's not even close to up there.
:rofl:rofl:rofl That's because youre nothing but a nuthugger ***. Gennadyi has yet to beat one of the kingpins at 160lbs, yet.. nobody comes close to beating him, even at 168lbs?
if one can only go off resumes then i understand you pickiung plenty over GGG. i know GGG too much and i wouldnt ever bet against him against anyone.. no prob you need more time, i dont at all. very very very special fighter that comes along once a generation
Within 2 years of becoming world champion, Andre Ward had beat Kessler,Abraham and Carl Froch. Within 4 years, Gennadyi has yet to beat one legitimate kingpin in his very own divsion, his best wins are Curtis Stevens and Matthew Macklin for fk sakes! And you're talking about a once in a generation fighter? Gennadyi is just another belt holder at age 31, who has yet to actually step up after 4 years as a world champion.
dont change your tune as soon as someone accepts certain defeat. you cant beat the "kingpins" when you are the kingpin and the contenders arent resdy to be pummeled yet
I would tend to agree that GGG doesn't have 'a jab', but rather a straight left that puts solid MWs on the canvas regularly.
If anything, he looks a slightly upgraded version of him. Abraham would hide behind his shell for the entirety of the fight when the going got tough. Golovkin has obviously yet to face boxers as good as some on Abraham's resume (Taylor, Dirrel, Froch, Ward, Stieglitz, all of whom I consider WAY tougher opponents than anything Golovkin has faced yet), but I don't see him react similarly.
