Intentional by Eddie to try make Khan look a ducker, even though i don't rate Khan at all one thing you can't accuse of him is ducking, Brook on the other hand well we all know his quality of opponents to date. Khan isn't going to throw away a Mayweather fight for a fight with Brook, Brook brings nothing to the table for Khan in reality, nobody has a clue who Brook is outside of the UK and anyways were Khan to loose he isn't even loosing to a recognized world class fighter so it would be a terrible defeat.
