Would GGG jump 2 weight classes & fight a big puncher like AB did?

then GGG should move up to fight a pillow fisted fighter than then fight a Supermiddleweight in Adonis Stevenson

I wouldn't mind him fight him at all. Robert Stieglitz would be his best win

No it'd be more like GGG going to 175 and beating Shumenov then defending against Stieglitz.

I don't think people would applaud that.

Also I get the distinct feeling AB didn't quite fancy it against any of the champs at 140 and picked on feather fisted Paulie at 147 who then gave him all he could handle.

Mosley moving up to face De La Hoya this was not.

Or continue to fight at his natural weight. Just like Broner when he stepped up to WW.

Brandon Rios's natural weight must be middleweight then

Mikey Garcia should fight at his natural weight class of 140

Broner was much bigger than the guys at 135 so he jumped past 140 (which is likely his more natural weight) and jumped to 147 and fought a guy who is naturally at 140 lb'er himself so really Broner just got beat by the first guy he fought who was the same natural size.

GGG aint big at 160 lbs, he'd be dwarfed at 175 so they aren't fair comparisons at all.

    Why?

Broner weighed 157lb fight night. Rios weighed 159lb. They're pretty much the same size.

Both should be around WW / JWW.

I suppose you think JCC Jr is a natural MW? :rofl

Broner was weighing in at 150 on fight night as a lightweight. He's a "blown up lightweight"
Broner weighed the same as Omar Figeuroa and Terrance Crawford, but I hear nobody complaining about those guys. Both of them are taller than Broner too.

He weighed 157lb, that's his last fight at 23. He's hardly blown up LW :patsch

You do know we seen him fight at LW, he was huge. He made DeMarco and Rees look tiny. (Rees is tiny though :D)

He was 3lb less than Maidana, he just met someone his own size.

If GGG was 20 and capable of dropping that much weight to make Welter, like JCC Jr or Broner, then he'd be able to jump up two divisions to his natural weight. Just like they have.

Let's see if Broner ever makes LW again (he won't). That should tell us if he's a blown up LW.

yeah he weighed in at 150 for his lighweights fights and then tried to bulk up and skip a division. I hear people call Guerrero a blown up lighweight when he weighed around the same as Broner in his welterweight fights.

Broner isn't a lightweight anymore after he gained weight to make 147, but he can very easily make lightwelterweight

It's all about double standards around here

I would like Stieglitz vs Golovkin to be GGG's first fight @ 168.
Having a belt at that weight could be more of a bargaining chip than just moving up as a belt holder from a lower weight class.
Don't act like the "fans" who only follow 152lbs and lower wouldn't **** on that fight fight though.

Broner jumped up two weight classes to fight for Malignaggi's belt. And he would've lost that fight if the 'Magic Man' had any punching power.

Golovkin said he would come down to 154 to fight Void.

Did Marvin Hagler jump 2 weight classes? Of course not. Ward will not even fight Stevenson at 168!
