This may get wordy, so if you don't like long posts turn back now.
I just rewatched some segments of Wlad/Povetkin and it amazed
how easily Wlad ragdolled Sasha like a drunk cowboy on a rodeo bull.
Wlad has shown that he is more physically imposing than ANYONE
in his era. He also has good timing, footwork, fundamentals and
a pretty high ring IQ. The tangible that he lacks, which is a big one,
is his lack of fighting heart. Now take Vitaly. Menacing, fearless, iron
chinned and enormous in size, and couple that with Wlad's positive
attributes and you'd be waxing nostalgia to give any heayweight in
history a chance. Sure, Lennox was just as big and skilled with a good
punch as the combo of those 2 morphed klitschko's but his chin would
let him down against Wlad's power. Down the list next of ATG heavy's
and you have the great Larry holmes with all the attributes of the morphed
klitschko's except the power and size. Those two lacking factors would
cost him big time against the version of one Klitschko I speak of. Next
down would be Big George Foreman. Size, power, meanness, and toughness.
However, the young George just wouldn't have been to impose his will on
a fighter who had him beat in size, power, strength and most importantly
skill. The last but not least would have to be the greatest. Ali, was without
a doubt the greatest p4p fighter in the history of the heavyweight division.
However, that physicality would rear it's ugly head again and pitted with a
fighter that has you beat in every category except wit and guile would
likely see Ali bested. with that being said, their are 2 klitschko's. Both
have glaring flaws as well as advantages that make them each HOF'ers,
but if there had been only 1 and they had all the best of each others
quality's then we would have been looking at Klitschko as the GOAT at
    heavyweight.

He'd need his brother's chin to have his in-ring confidence.

Paragraphs are wonderful thing to use.

Vitali is already the H2H GOAT heavyweight

giving him Wlad's injury-free body and one-punch KO power would be overkill

I have always liked Vitali better, but Vlad is truly awesome. Vlad's chin is not really bad, but don't tell anyone...................Lewis was knocked out cold by Rahman and TKO'd by McCall..............

Based on what? Losing to an old, fat, unmotivated Lennox? He's never even beaten a hall of famer, let alone an ATG. :bart""

    This was terrible to read...

But I basically agree with the Idea that Wlad has the physical gifts that Vitali doesn't quite have. While Vitali has the strength of will an character that Wladimir lacks.

Wlad is the better boxer, Vitali is the better fighter.
It is impossible to know which of the two is better but they have both been dominant ad imposing figures. Wlad has overcome a huge setback but I am unsure if that qualifies him as better than the brother who was never tested the same way.
Regardless I like them both, they are a class act who have been a credit to the sport and I have enjoyed their careers immensely.
